BackFrame stuffing

Our Back Frame Stuffing Machine is engineered to streamline the trimming, hog ringing, and closeout processes for automotive seat backs. This robust machine accommodates both driver and passenger seat frames and is built with a large-bore fine-lock cylinder ram assembly for operator safety. The hardened tooling components ensure long-term durability, while corrosion-resistant stainless-steel tensioning rollers maintain consistent trim tension. A rotation mechanism with clutch allows easy transition between the “A” and “B” surfaces during installation, enhancing operator flexibility and process efficiency.

Designed with productivity and operator comfort in mind, the machine features a fluorescent-lit overhead structure, a curved tool rail with trolley for a hog ring gun, integrated fork pockets for mobility, and both foot pedal and Opto-touch cycle start options. Controlled by an Allen-Bradley PLC, the system offers seamless manual and automatic operation. Optional upgrades include frame tilt, headrest alignment, and a J-blade closeout feature—providing customization for diverse production requirements.
