The complete solution includes a Feed Rite vibratory bowl feeder, escapement with three-position indexing, diverter tubes for good and bad parts, and a compact dual-bin filling system to handle finished goods with automatic box switching and part counters. OSHA-compliant sound levels are maintained with sound-attenuated housings and a baffled fume extractor system.

Additional features include a custom-built or ME2-M laser safety enclosure, a user-friendly HMI interface for part count monitoring, and integrated sensors for part presence, hopper level, and escapement verification.
